By joining our Adult Webmaster Program you agree to the following terms:

• Affiliates should be located in Australia or New Zealand or have significant traffic from within these regions, which is our delivery region.
• All payouts are made in Australian Dollars via cheque on the 15th of each month.
• All monthly sales you generate from your affiliated shopping sites will be merged into one commission payout and will be paid to you on or about the 15th of each month, for the previous month.
• Link Affiliate or Premium Partner accounts or commissions are not transferable to another person or entity.
• You are responsible for providing us with the correct banking details.
• You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if the inappropriate activity was committed by a friend, family member, guest, client, employee or anyone else. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorised access to your account. Your password provides access to your account and it is your responsibility to keep your account login details secure.
• We reserve the right to terminate any Affiliate account at our sole discretion if we consider it to be: illegal or racist, subject our Esysco or its partner companies to any liability, or for any other reason that we deem to be inappropriate such as transmitting inappropriate web material by email, newsgroups, chat and other means not mentioned here. Other prohibited activities include spamming, email/news bombing or copyright or trademark infringement. A violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination and decline of funds of any account without prior notification.
• We reserve the right to cancel your Affiliate program at any time for any reason we find suitable. Any money owing to you until that time will be sent to you by cheque or wire transfer.
• The content, graphics, design, and other matters related to Wild Secrets are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. Therefore the copying or redistribution, and use of any such matters, except as allowed under Right to Use (see below), is prohibited.
• Affiliates have the Right to Use the material that is specifically made available to them on this web site. The viewing, printing or downloading of any content other than what is 'made available' is prohibited.
• Commissions are paid at a rate of 25% including GST, for all products sold via your affiliation.
• We reserve the right in our sole discretion to change, edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on this web site.
• We cannot accept any responsibility for external links from our site to other web pages. We provide links only as a convenience to visitors of this web site.

Revisions

• We (Esysco Pty Ltd) reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions and any other policies and agreements at our discretion, any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted here.

These terms and conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements - January 01, 2006.
