This option is suited to most Australian & New Zealand based Affilliates only. Websites which have their own front end with relevant content and Websites which have existing (preferably targeted) traffic.

?If you are based in Australia we recommend you provide us with your ABN number. It’s not a mandatory requirement that you do so, but if you don't provide us with an ABN number we are required by law to deduct tax from your commission cheque’s at the current standard tax rate of 48%. (Commission cheques are paid the second week of each month)
Needed to view your affiliate sales reports
?Please decide on a username of your choosing, we recommend something that you will remember and unique to you. You will need this username to log into your Affiliate Management Console (must include)

?Please decide on a password of your choosing, we recommend something that you will remember, is unique to you and consists of both numbers and letters. You will need this password to log into your Affiliate Management Console. (must include)
?This should be the name used on your bank account where you will be lodging your commission cheques and can be either a personal name or a business name. (must include)

?This should be the website address where you will run your affiliate banners from or the domain which you would like to use for your branded affiliate store. It’s not mandatory to provide us with this information at this point. Banner affiliates can run banners on multiple domains under the same affiliate ID.
